The Role:
A Camp Counselor at Building Momentum is expected to be a forward-facing representative of the company. This is a high-intensity, seasonal position that will report to the Innovation Academy Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with children and exceptional people skills. The candidate will also be familiar and comfortable with engaging and communicating with all age groups. A strong candidate should also possess the ability to perform confidently in high-stress situations.
A Camp Counselor will spend the majority of their time learning, testing, and teaching curriculum. All our curriculum is project-based learning, using creative problem-solving through the use of technology such as 3D printing, laser cutting, welding, CAD, electronics, etc. Prior knowledge of technology is not required – technology can be easily taught.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team

Learn and test curriculum for upcoming classes or products
