Homeschool Field Trip

Take your engineering skills to the next level with this hands-on, team-focused workshop designed for homeschool students!

Guided by expert instructors, students will learn essential soldering techniques to build the circuitry for their own electronic cars. They’ll connect a AA battery pack and DC motor by cutting, stripping, and soldering wires, gaining practical skills in electrical engineering. Students will work together in teams to design and construct their cars, selecting materials and making creative design choices. This collaborative process will help develop critical teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

The experience wraps up with exciting, friendly competitions where students test their cars’ speed and performance, combining fun with real-world engineering concepts.
